How to Identify Serial Number, Device Code, Device Name, Location Code

Most X+ Kiosks will have a sticker on the underside of their GymaRax casing with a Location Code : SO#XXXXXX (these 6 numbers are also the device name and the Aktiv SO# and Bay Number) and a Device Code: GSXXXXXXXXXXXX (this number is also the Glorystar Nebula Kiosk Serial Number). 

1. Serial Number/Device Code - can also be found on a mfg sticker on the back of the screen.

2. Account Name - can be found on the right side of the X+ home page or the registration page. This also indicates that the Kiosk is registered.
