If for some reason, in the unlikely chance that the X+ Kiosk has exited the X+ app and is asking for and admin code, please use "0000".
If you see the page in this image, please ensure that "app mode" is selected and the "aktiv" app is selected, then press "launch". The app should restart. If any issues persist reach out to ATVSupport@aktivsolutions.com
