Troubleshooting Pairing & Syncing Issues

If you are having trouble syncing your mobile device or pairing Bluetooth Headphones with the X+ Training Bay tablet, please try the quick and easy troubleshooting link below.

If none of the steps work, please tap on the support tab on the bottom right corner of your X+ Kiosk screen to help connect with a live CX support agent right away!

Please remember, in order to sync your Mobile device with a Training Bay tablet, you must have:

  • An active X+ subscription

  • Mobile phone with the most updated version of X+

  • Internet/network connection

  • Participating Aktiv Training Bay tablet
